Noida (A.27): There is news that Ghulam Haider, husband of Seema Haider, is coming to India from Pakistan. In fact, Seema Haider, Sachin Meena and their lawyer Dr. A defamation case was filed against AP Singh. He is coming to give his evidence in the Surajpur Sessions Court, Gautam Buddhanagar, Uttar Pradesh. A court in Greater Noida has ordered Ghulam to appear before the court to give his evidence.
Ghulam Haider, with the help of his Indian lawyer Momin Malik, filed a defamation case against his wife Seema Haider, Sachin Meena and their lawyer AP Singh in the Greater Noida Sessions Court.
Momin Malik is a famous Senior Advocate from Haryana. He confirmed that the Surajpur Sessions Court had issued a notice to Ghulam Haider to testify. Gumal may come to India on June 10 and testify. If the court accepts their evidence, the three could be sentenced to at least three years in prison.
Ghulam said that he had filed a defamation petition through his lawyer Momin Malik, after which the honorable court accepted the case after hearing the preliminary arguments. The court ordered Ghulam Haider to appear for a further hearing with his evidence on June 10. On the court’s order, Momin Malik, Ghulam Haider’s lawyer, said it was a major early victory in the legal battle.
It is known that Seema Haider, a resident of Pakistan’s Sindh province, entered India illegally with her four children through Nepal on May 13. Here she married her Indian boyfriend Sachin Meena who hails from Uttar Pradesh. The videos of both of them are still going viral. Recently, a video of Seema attacking an AI went viral.
