City Correspondent Ram Nami prayers were conducted with devotion at various places in Samastipur district on Wednesday. On this occasion, devotees conducted devotional prayers at various temples and Thakurwadi. Mahabir flag hoisted in green bamboo after worshiping Lord Hanuman in various Hanuman temples and houses. Since morning, the devotees have bathed in the Ganga, cleaned various temples and Thakurwadis and decorated them attractively. After that, a flag was hoisted from the Viri after a prayer. There was a steady stream of devotees in the temples and Thakurwadis since morning for worship. A Mahaviri flag was also hoisted in various homes and public places. An atmosphere of devotion was seen at various places on the occasion of Ram Nami. During this period, on the occasion of Ram Nami, a two-day Ashtyam was organized by the temple committee at Shiv Parvati Hanuman Temple located on B.Ed College Road in the city from April 16. Completed on Wednesday. In the evening Ram Viva Sankirtan was organized in the temple grounds. It was said by the committee people that Bhagwat Katha is being organized from 7 pm to 9 pm from 19th April to 25th April. Prasad is also distributed among the followers. Committee Chairman Shivramji, Vice President Anurag Jha, Treasurer Prashant Kumar, Secretary Abhinav Jha etc. are giving active support to the program. Worship was also held at Narghoghi in Sarayranjan block.
