Putki Mahatma Hansraj’s birth anniversary was celebrated at DAV Kusunda. Principal Jhuma Mahata paid homage by lighting the lamp in the prayer meeting and decorated the picture of Mahatma Hansraj. He said that Mahatma Hansraj was a true follower of Swami Dayan and Saraswati and a great educator. Worked as an unpaid principal at DAV for 25 years. A poster creation competition was held among children from class 6 to 8 and an essay writing competition among children from class 9 to 12. The cooperation of the teachers was commendable. Teachers AK Tiwari, B Khalko, AK Mishra, BK Singh, BK Bharti, P Ghoshal etc were present in the programme.
