China Dhivar, head of Pandra West Panchayat of Nirsa block, committed suicide on Thursday morning. The family members saw her body hanging from the wind of a saree in the house. He was brought down from the nose and taken to a nearby private hospital, where he was declared brought dead. The deceased’s husband, former chief Robin Dhivar, said his wife was ill for a long time.
