LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has approved a ban on bringing only vaccinated and tagged animals to cattle market and slaughter house.
A meeting was held regarding the performance of the Livestock Department under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz. Provincial Chief Minister Zahid Bukhari, Mohammad Ashiq Hussain, Parvez Rashid, Sania Ashiq and other officials participated in the meeting.
On this occasion, the Chief Minister of Punjab directed the Livestock Department to increase the export of buffalo meat and milk to China.

He directed China to draw up a policy for the export of buffalo meat and milk, saying more work needed to be done for breed control and disease prevention.
