On the occasion of Ram Nami, idols of Ram Janaki, Lakshman and Shivalinga were consecrated at Maruti Temple located in Chakiya Municipal Council of Motihari. Along with this, a procession was also taken out. In this framework, people made a tour of the city through the table. The yatra started from Maruti Mandir located on Sahebganj Road and reached Maruti Mandir after offering prayers at eleven Chakya temples.

Acharya Vipin Kumar, who had come from Benares to establish the temple, performed puja.
