The High Court struck down the reservation notices in promotion. In fact, the bench of Chief Justice Ramesh Sinha and Justice Ravindra Kumar Aggarwal gave its decision on the PIL and other petitions against the notification issued in 2019 for giving reservation in promotion to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe employees. Supreme Court Canceled the notifications issued during the tenure of the Congress government in 2019.
