Kadalepuri Churumuri is very easy to make. First, finely grate onion, tomato, coriander and carrot. All these should be spread and kept. Then put a pinch of green chillies, mint leaves and a pinch of ginger in a small blender and grind it to make a paste. Put kadalepuri coated onion (mandakki), tomato, coriander leaves, little spicy, car palpa boondi, grated carrot and ground paste in a bowl and mix well. Add salt to taste and a teaspoon of oil and lemon juice and mix well, then Churumuri is ready to taste.
