BJP national president JP Nadda claimed that the work of connecting the northeastern states with the entire country was done under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He accused the Congress of isolating and ignoring the northeastern states from the country. The BJP leader said that the opposition group is not concerned about the welfare of the people. He claimed that the opposition group was just trying to protect itself from various scams.

Addressing a rally in support of NDA candidate Jayant in Sumatri in Assam’s Kokrajhar, the BJP president said, “Congress policy is to isolate and ignore the Northeast from the country. This is the government of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Himanta Vishwa Sarma, which has worked to connect the Northeast with The whole country ten years ago, when you used to go to Delhi, people would ask you from which country now it is completely over.
Regarding the signing of the peace agreement with the Budo militant organization led by Prime Minister Modi, Nada claimed that in the last ten years there has been a decrease in rebel attacks and the death of local residents in the region. Opposition leaders involved in corruption: Nada
Nada also said, “To appreciate the good days of the present, you have to remember the bad days of the past.” He said that leaders of various parties like Congress, Samajwadi Party (SP), RJD and DMK are involved in many cases of corruption. Aiming at the opposition, the BJP leader said, “They have made corruption from coal to space.” Nada said opposition leaders are either on bail or in jail. Giving examples, he said leaders like Lalu Yadav are out on bail and leaders like Arvind Kejriwal are in jail.
