The whole matter relates to Naugaon land, questions raised after a complaint

  • Complaint filed against the land orders of the then Tehsildar of Naugaon

The troubles of the then Tehsildar of the city center Tehsil, Shatrughan Singh Chauhan, who has been surrounded by controversies due to allegations of sexual harassment, show no signs of abating. After the allegation of sexual harassment, then wrong order regarding land in Kedarpur and stay on it, now questions have been raised on the order to convert land worth crores of rupees in Nagaon from government to private. A complaint has been received in the Collector’s office, where this order has been called collusion. When Patwari Amar Singh was spoken to about the land of this Naugaon, he said that the land belonged to the government. When RI Mithlesh was spoken to, he said that I did not give any report. The High Court including the previous Tehsildar did not consider any land as private. Now the Tehsildar had passed an order to privatize this land some time before its removal. The complainant has raised questions on this matter and has demanded an investigation. Case number 0030/B-121/2022-23 can also be found on the RCMS portal for financial support for a woman.
