The Jananayak Janata Party has announced its candidate in the Karnal Assembly by-election. Karnal municipal chief Rajendra Madan alias Rama Madan has been pitted against assembly candidate and CM Nayab Singh Saini. After the announcement of JJP, the first candidate for the assembly by-election has come forward, although neither the Congress nor any other party has made any announcement about its candidate so far.
