In Sector 13-14 of Karnal in Haryana, two miscreants riding a bike opened fire on another youth riding a bullet bike. His condition is critical. The victim’s family members have said that only a month ago, the youth of the Diler Kotia gang had called and threatened the youth. He says miscreants of the same gang committed this incident. The young man was hit by six bullets.
The young victim has been identified as Rakesh Kumar, son of Sumit of Kalram village.
