The victim lived at her mother’s house. The victim woman claims that after she returned from abroad three months ago, her husband and his family forcibly married her to his maternal uncle’s son Shahrom. Despite this, the victim was thrown out of the house by her mother-in-law.
The female victim was married to Wasim bin Naseem, a resident of the village of Pabti in the area of ​​the Chartwal police station, 15 years ago. The female victim also has three children. A year ago, her husband gave the victim triple talaq by calling her from Kuwait over a trivial matter. The victim woman was also forcibly forced into Halala by her in-laws after her husband returned from abroad. Frustrated by all this, the woman now complained about her husband and in-laws to the higher authorities and sought justice.
The police also became aware of the matter and started investigating the issue. The victim woman claims that “my husband went abroad. I have been married for 15 years. I was married to Wasim in the village of Pavati. Then the husband went abroad. From there he divorced her on the phone. After divorcing them they came back home. Then he started telling me that when I will take care of you by doing halala, I did the halala by force. They all together forced Shahrukh to do halala. I also promised that I would stay only I went to another man, he did not understand, so I will come to pick you up, he said, do not call me now I’ll keep the other one. I want a house and I want to live with my kids. One boy and one girl. I hate it .

From the village of Pavti, he was married. He was living abroad. While living abroad, he gave triple talaq to this woman over the phone and also performed the hollah by his own relatives and also married for the second time. This video has been banned immediately. Chartvale police are also talking to the woman. A case will soon be registered against the accused according to relevant sections.
