New Delhi: It’s getting hot all over the country. A few more summer special trains from North East Frontier Railway have started running. A few more summer special trains have been decided to meet passenger demand during the summer rush.
North East Frontier Railway has provided free drinking water at all stations to keep passengers hydrated while traveling in this scorching heat.
Train No. 06569 (SMVT Bangalore-Guwahati) Special will depart SMVT Bangalore every Sunday from April 28 to May 19, 2024.
During the return journey Train No. 06570 (Guwahati-SMVT Bangalore) Special will depart Guwahati at 06.00 hrs every Wednesday from May 1 to 22, 2024 and arrive SMVT Bangalore at 10.00 hrs on Friday . On the other hand, train no. 09101 (Vadodara-Katihar) Special will leave Vadodara at 23.30 on April 24, 2024 (Wednesday) and arrive Katihar at 16.30 on Friday.
During the return journey, Train No. 09102 (Katihar-Vadodara) Special will depart Katihar at 15.00 hrs on April 27, 2024 (Saturday) and arrive Vadodara at 07.30 hrs on Monday. Train no. 04010 (Anand Vihar Terminal-Yogwani) Special will depart from Anand Vihar Terminal at 23.45 hours every Tuesday from April 30 to June 25, 2024 and reach Yogabani at 5.20 hours on Thursday. During the return journey, train no. 04009 (Yogwani-Anand Vihar Terminal) Special will depart from Yogwani at 09.00 hrs every Thursday between May 02 and June 27, 2024 and arrive at Anand Vihar Terminal at 16.05 hrs on Fridays.

Sabyasachi Dey, Chief Public Relations Officer, North East Frontier Railway, said that the details of the stops and schedules of these trains will be available on the IRCTC website and also put in various newspapers and social media platforms of North East Frontier Railway. Passengers are asked to check details before departure.
