The petition filed in this matter in the Punjab-Haryana High Court has been accepted.
The case of the school bus accident that took place in Kanina, Mahendragarh, Haryana has now reached the Punjab Haryana High Court. Describing this accident as a result of officials’ failure, a contempt petition has been filed in the Punjab and Haryana High Court. It is alleged in the petition that even after the order of the High Court, the authorities had not worked on the Safe School Vehicle Policy, because school bus accidents were happening continuously.
