In Haryana’s Ambala district, a person brutally beat a 7-year-old child. Such was the fault of the innocent child that he went to the accused’s house together with other children. Here, the accused slapped and beat the child so much that he became unconscious. The incident was caught on the CCTV camera installed outside the neighbour’s house. The father of the child victim has lodged a complaint against the accused at the Mulana police station, on the basis of which the police have registered a case under various sections including the Children’s Act. The child’s father said that the accused had already served a sentence of 20 years in a case of murder.

Ranjit Singh, a resident of Hamidpur village, lodged a complaint with the police.
