The senior IAS of Haryana, Dr. D Suresh, has been cleared by the State Information Commission. The State Information Commission has ordered the Public Information Officer to provide the information he seeks within 15 days. After hearing this appeal, the Chief Information Commissioner Vijay Vardhan had reserved the decision on 16 November 2023. He has given this decision now. D Suresh had on August 10, 2023 sought information from the Public Information Officer of the Chief Secretary’s Office (CSO) regarding the approval of investigations numbers 12, 13, 14 and 17 A initiated against him by the ACB.
