Candidates and political parties will have to apply through Suvidha portal for rally, procession, meeting, street meeting, use of vehicles, sound equipment, helipad during Lok Sabha elections. Candidates and political parties will have to apply online or offline 48 hours in advance. If they do not, their application will not be considered.
