Jind/Carnal From April 1, NHAI will increase toll tax on National Highways by 2 to 5 percent. Drivers within a 20 km radius of the toll will be able to get a monthly pass for Rs 340 instead of Rs 330. Tax will increase on the toll of Bastara, Panipat city and Dahar in Karnal, Khatkar, Baddowal and Ludana in Jind.
