Kolkata: The Trinamool Congress has complained to the Commission regarding the conduct of the Behala Flying Club helicopter in the name of Income Tax department search. At the same time, legal action is being taken. Abhishek Banerjee made this clear. He said yesterday, ‘I will go to the High Court in the next two days. Abhishek Banerjee clearly said, ‘We have no objection to the search. Searches are conducted throughout the year. Sometimes CBI-ED, sometimes NIA, sometimes Income Tax Department. But our protest is elsewhere.’ Abhishek clearly stated that his security personnel were threatened during the search and the entire search was video recorded and the phone was confiscated and deleted. The Income Tax Department does not have the right to remove this. Not only this, even the Income Tax Department said that the trial cannot be held until the instructions come from the top.
Abhishek complains that the Income Tax Department does not have this right. They have offended. Most importantly, not a single penny was recovered from the helicopter. So why this move? The complaint has therefore been reported to the commission. Legal action will also be taken. On this day, Abhishek again said, ‘Even after a month, BJP has not dared to publish its white paper on the amount of money given to Bengal. The politics of lies goes on. People’s houses would not be built in the sense of the specified law. That is why Mamata Banerjee’s decision will be given 1 lakh 20,000 rupees.
According to commission sources, the helicopter search has already been done as per the rules. However, Trinamool Congress is going to complain why the test run is being blocked after the search.
