The odds certainly shone in favor of a group of eight from Waterloo and York Regions. The group won MAXMILLIONS prizes of $1 million in the LOTTO MAX drawing on February 9.
The winning ticket was purchased at the Little Short Store on Bridge Street in Waterloo.
