Cyber crime cases are increasing in Patna. According to the 2022 data released by the National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB), Patna is ranked 7th in the list of 19 metros in terms of cyber fraud. 222 cases were registered here. Whereas Bihar is in 20th place among the states. 1512 cases were registered here in 2020, 1413 in 2021 and 1621 in 2022.
