A 10-year-old boy, who had gone to bathe in the Tilyuga river in Marona police station area of ​​Supaul, died due to drowning. The incident took place on Saturday afternoon. Here the police sent the body for post-mortem. The deceased has been identified as Ranjan Pandit, 10-year-old son of Ajay Pandit, a resident of Barmutara in Sector 04 under Marona Police Station area. The elder uncle Jivach Pandit said that on Saturday afternoon he was going from home to bathe in the Tilyuga river. When he did not return home from noon to evening, his family members became worried. Even after extensive searches, he was not found. The family members feared that he might have drowned and been swept away in the river. But still the search continues with the help of local villagers and divers. Saturday evening turned into night. So the search continued from Sunday morning. His body was found floating in the river in the afternoon. Chaos reigned in the family home due to the death of the son. This information was given to the Marona station police. The police took control of the body and began to operate. The deceased was the second of two brothers and two sisters. The deceased was a class 5 student of Panchabhinda Middle School. Superintendent of Marona Police Station Krishna Kumar said that a 10-year-old boy died due to drowning. The body is being taken for post-mortem at Sadr Hospital. Necessary actions are also taken.
