A worker who was working on the construction of a water tank came into contact with a transformer on Wednesday. Because of this he was electrocuted. And he was burned alive. Because of this he died on the spot. Regarding the incident, it was reported that the workers climbed the water tank with the help of iron rods. Meanwhile, the iron rod got stuck in the transformer and caught fire.
Here, after receiving information about the incident, other workers somehow dropped the body, by which time it had completely burned to ashes. The deceased has been identified as Rohit Paswan, a resident of Jharkhand’s Maharma police station area. Rohit has been working as a laborer in the water tank built by the municipal corporation for the past few days.
In connection with the matter, the nephew of the deceased said that while he was working, he was climbing the water tank using an iron pipe. During this period the high voltage transformer tripped. Because of this he caught fire. Died in an accident.
Here, after the incident, the police immediately reached the spot, took the body into custody and sent it to Jawaharlal Nehru Hospital for post-mortem. Here the police gave information about the incident to the deceased’s family members. The family members of the deceased from Jharkhand have reached the Mayaganj Hospital in Bhagalpur, where they are in critical condition and crying.
