DG Meteorology says that before the monsoon may start in the country from the second week of June, this year the monsoon will see more than normal rains and heavy rains will affect Sindh and Balochistan more.
Mehr Sahibzad Khan, director general of the Meteorological Department, while giving a press conference regarding the heat wave in the country, said that the high air pressure in the upper atmosphere and the limited presence of clouds are the reason for the heat wave.

Meher Sahibzad Khan said that our green areas are decreasing and the number of buildings has increased.
Climate change is also one of the main causes of heat waves, from May 21 to 27, the temperature in Punjab can reach 47 to 48 degrees, the temperature will rise from 12 noon to 3 pm.
