This incident is reported from Sonchora village in Nandigram. Local BJP leaders claim that TMC workers attacked with sharp weapons. However, TMC denied the allegations. The deceased BJP worker’s name was given as Rathibala Aadi (56). There is an atmosphere of tension in the place due to the incident. Protesting the incident, BJP workers demonstrated by blocking the road and burning tyres.
