Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor have started shooting for their next film. The title of the film is ‘Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari’. Shashank Khaitan will direct it. Karan Johar is the producer of this film.
The makers organized a Muhurat Puja before starting the shooting of the film on Saturday. Karan Johar posted the video of this puja ceremony on his social media account.
This film will be released in theaters on April 18 next year.

Third film with Varun and second film with Janhvi
Talking about the movie, this is Shashank Khaitan’s third movie with Varun Dhawan. Before this, both of them had worked together in the two films of the Dulhania franchise.
The first film of this franchise ‘Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania’ was released in 2014 and the second film ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhania’ was released in 2017.
Shashank will work with Janhvi for the second time. Before this, he had directed the actress’ debut film ‘Dhadak’.
Sanya Malhotra will also have an important role in the film. However, he could not be a part of this Muhurta puja.
This movie can be a part of Dulhaniya franchise
‘Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari’ is a love story. There is talk that this film could be part of the Dulhania franchise. In the film, Varun, Sunny and Janhvi will be seen in the character named Tulsi.
Apart from Varun and Janhvi, actors like Rohit Saraf, Manish Paul, Sanya Malhotra and Akshay Oberoi will also be seen in the lead roles.
