On Monday, a demand was made in the Supreme Court for an immediate hearing in two large cases. One of these cases is related to fire in the forests of Uttarakhand. In fact, referring to the petition in court, an immediate discussion was requested on the issue of burning the forest. For this, the court asked the lawyer to send an email and promised to consider it. To this the lawyer said that three petitions regarding forest fires are pending in the Supreme Court in the last four years.
On the other hand, Debashish Dehar, nominated by the BJP in the Lok Sabha elections from Birbum in West Bengal, approached the Supreme Court after his nomination was rejected. He demanded an immediate hearing on this matter. The Supreme Court said to discuss this petition of Debashish.
