An unidentified speeding vehicle hit a husband and wife riding a bicycle hard from behind on the Champa-Kurba main road in Janjgir-Champa district. The woman died on the spot in the accident, while the husband was hospitalized for treatment due to injuries to his head and other parts.

According to the information, Sudharam Yadav (55) is a resident of Lavsara Sakti district along with his wife Gauri Bai Yadav (50). Worked at Amul milk agency located in Champa. Sudharam went with his wife to a house on Korba Road on a bicycle around 5:30 am to give puja flowers. from where they returned towards their home.

Meanwhile, an unknown speeding vehicle rear-ended the husband and wife cyclists, injuring them. Because of this they both fell apart on the road. While traveling, due to a head injury of the woman Guri in Yadav Island, her head bone came out, and as a result the woman died on the spot.
The body was handed over to the family members after the prime minister
Husband Sudharam suffered minor injuries on his head and other parts of his body and was admitted for treatment at BDM Hospital. Champa police reached the spot and the body was taken to the hospital for post-mortem.
After the postmortem, the body was handed over to the relatives. A crime has been registered against the unidentified driver at the Champa police station. The CCTV cameras installed in and around the store are checked on the spot. The police are busy investigating the matter.
