Ms Davidson joins Lovell, part of the Morgan Sindall Group, with almost 30 years’ experience in the new home market. Prior to that he led sales teams at Living by Robertson, Avant Homes (formerly Bett Homes), Charles Church Homes and Balfour Beatty Homes.

Ms Davidson said: “This is an exciting time to be joining Lovell as the company moves into gear to double the number of homes being built. I have always been committed to having a collaborative culture where team members support each other, and I will bring that mindset to Lovell to allow our team to provide the best possible customer service to enable us to achieve Lovell’s ambitious goals.”
Lovell currently has three active projects in Scotland – Glow Garren in Hamilton, The Crossings in South Queensferry, and Oakwood Edge in Mayfield – and plans to launch a number of new developments which will deliver a combined total of around 400 of homes.
