Karachi: UAE Ambassador Dr. Hamad Obaid Ibrahim Salem Al Zaabi and Consul General Bakht Ateq Al Ramiti held a meaningful meeting with Sindh Governor Kamran Tasuri at the Governor House, Karachi.
Among those present were the Emirati Ambassador Hamad Alzawi and the Consul General of Karachi, Baqat Ateq Al Ramiti. The discussion encompassed matters of mutual interest, with a special focus on the stability and resilience of the Pakistani economy.
During the dialogue, Ambassador Hamad Alzawi reaffirmed the UAE’s strong support for Pakistan, and expressed his desire for the Pakistani economy to achieve independence.
He emphasized the UAE’s commitment to assisting Pakistan, and highlighted the role of e-governance initiatives in this endeavour. It should be noted that the UAE’s investment in Pakistan serves as evidence of this commitment.
Consul General Bakht Ateq Al Ramiti echoed these sentiments, expressing optimism about Pakistan’s economic trajectory. He expressed confidence that Pakistan’s economy is going to become a significant player on the world stage in the near future.
