The 39-year-old defender will become a free agent this summer after his contract at Stamford Bridge is due to expire in June.
Silva, was seen in tears on Saturday after their 1-0 defeat to Manchester City in the FA Cup semi-final at Wembley.
For the Brazilian, this opportunity represented his last bid to claim silverware with Chelsea before his planned departure at the end of the season.
Asked if he had made a decision about leaving Chelsea, Silva said: “You’re going to know in the next few days. I don’t want to say anything now after a defeat.
“I’m sad about the outcome, but sooner or later, the news will come out.
“I have a decision in mind, but this is not the time to share it.”
In 2020, Silva joined Chelsea on a free transfer from Paris Saint-Germain.
And the center was a key part of the Blues team that won the Champions League in 2021.

After the FA Cup crash, Silva says he has no plans to retire, adding: “My four years here have been very good.
“Not that I didn’t believe in myself, but with my age and the strength of this league… it’s rare to see high level players at 39 years old.
“I don’t like to talk about myself, but you can see it. Today, I was ready to play in extra time! I can see that I have a few years to continue enjoying football.”
