The person accused of murder escaped from the custody of the investigation police in Lahore’s Misri Shah area.
After the accused of murder escaped, a case was registered against 2 officials including a police officer who was guilty of negligence at Garhi Shahu police station.
The case was registered in the complaint of the Egyptian Custodial Investigation Shah Waseem Obaidullah, where Sub-Inspector Arshad and Constable Imtiaz Hussain have been declared guilty of negligence.
It was stated in the FIR that the two police officers were bringing the accused Amin alias Ladi on a motorcycle from Mayo Hospital to Masri Shah Police Station when the accused escaped by removing his hand from the handcuffs near Garhi Shahu Chowk.
The absconding accused, Renala Khurd, is a resident of Okara district, against whom a case of murder has been registered at the Misri Shah police station.
