The candlelight procession started from Matri Mandir and passed through the day market and ended at Gandhi Chowk. Along with the candles, the participants present were also holding placards with slogans with the message “Voting is a big festival, Kishanganj is ready”, “My voice, my right”, “I have to cross the threshold of my house to vote”, “My first vote for the country”, etc. .
