The unidentified body recovered by Warisaliganj police of Nawada district was identified by the relatives of the deceased on Thursday. On the morning of 20th May 2024 Warisaliganj police station arrested a railway youth near Bagibardia station of Kyul-Gaya railway section of Danapur division under Eastern Railway.

During this period, the family members of the deceased were engaged in a lot of investigation, when after reading news in various newspapers that the body of an unknown young man was being held at Sdar Hospital, they arrived at Sdar Hospital on Thursday and identified the body. . The body was then taken to the village to perform the last rites.
Bhagirath Prasad, the father of the deceased youth Mohan Yadav, a resident of Churwar village in Kadirganj police station area, who came to Sadar Hospital, said that on May 19 my son left the house and said he was going to Nevada. But he didn’t come home. After that he continued to wander here and there to find his son. Then after getting information about her body at Sadr Hospital, when I reached the hospital, I saw that the body was my son’s.
He said that the son’s body was identified from the cloth. He said his son did not die after being hit by a train. Someone killed him and kept his body on the railroad tracks to hide the evidence. In this regard, Warisaliganj Police Station Chief Inspector Rupesh Kumar Sinha said that on the morning of May 20, 2024, information was received about the dead body of an unidentified youth near Baghebardia station in the police station area.
After receiving the information, the police arrived at the scene and made many efforts to identify the body, but since it could not be identified, a UD case was registered and the body was sent for an autopsy at Sdar Hospital.
Two days later, the relatives of the deceased arrived at Sadar Hospital and identified the body as their own. After the paperwork was completed, the body was handed over to the family. According to him, no request has yet been submitted from the family of the deceased. After receiving the application, further action will be taken by registering an FIR.
