Peshawar (Web Desk) The Peshawar High Court upheld the decision of the Appellate Tribunal and dismissed the petitions against the approval of the documents of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leaders Murad Saeed, Azam Swati, Faisal Javed, Khurram Zeeshan and Azhar Mashwani.

Peshawar High Court Justice Arshad Ali and Justice Waqar Ahmed heard the case against the approval of Murad Saeed’s papers for the Senate elections.

Murad Saeed’s lawyer told the court that Taj Muhammad Afridi withdrew the papers, now he is not a Senate candidate, he cannot object if he is not a candidate.
