Peshawar (Web Desk) The Peshawar High Court upheld the decision of the Appellate Tribunal and dismissed the petitions against the approval of the documents of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leaders Murad Saeed, Azam Swati, Faisal Javed, Khurram Zeeshan and Azhar Mashwani.
Peshawar High Court Justice Arshad Ali and Justice Waqar Ahmed heard the case against the approval of Murad Saeed’s papers for the Senate elections.
Murad Saeed’s lawyer told the court that Taj Muhammad Afridi withdrew the papers, now he is not a Senate candidate, he cannot object if he is not a candidate.

Advocate Amir Javed told the court that Taj Mohammad Afridi was an opponent from the beginning, he was also an applicant while filing the application, Murad Saeed did not provide correct details related to the cases, Murad Saeed did not disclose the assets, while that Murad Saeed did not disclose the code of conduct He did not collect the fine given for the crime.
He said Murad Saeed’s papers for the National Assembly were rejected for not submitting the fine, the appeal has to be filed by himself, but Murad Saeed is escaping.
