During the investigation, the Civil Line Police Station received a memo from the Magistrate’s Court, First Division Ripor, in which it was stated that fake loan books in the name of Yithoram were presented in court for the sureties of various defendants. This means that the loan book belonged to their donor, but the person who took a guarantee in court was someone else.
By order of the court, a felony was registered in this case. After that, an investigation revealed that Arun Yadav, a resident of Nisda Arang village, wrote Ythoram’s name and address in the fake loan book and inserted his picture in it. On the basis of this fake loan book, he himself appeared in many courts and got bail for the accused. He confessed to the crime. According to the police, additional searches are being conducted in the court for the performance of this type of work.
