Rudraprayag District Magistrate Saurabh Gaharwar said that the helicopter left Sirsi helicopter for Kedarnath Dham early on Friday morning. A technical problem occurs in mid-air. In this context, Radha Raturi gave all the information to Union Home Secretary Ajay Kumar Bhalla in a virtual meeting. Union Home Secretary directed Raturi to submit daily reports on temples, pilgrimage routes and number of pilgrims and accommodation.
The National Disaster Response Force and the Indo-Tibetan Border Police are said to be cooperating to avoid congestion on the yatra route.
