Rudraprayag District Magistrate Saurabh Gaharwar said that the helicopter left Sirsi helicopter for Kedarnath Dham early on Friday morning. A technical problem occurs in mid-air. On the other hand, Uttarakhand Chief Secretary Radha Raturi called for registering the names of pilgrims for Chardham Yatra on Thursday. He also asked pilgrims to observe the Yatra dates of Kedarnath, Yamunotri, Badrinath and Gangotri.

In this context, Radha Raturi gave all the information to Union Home Secretary Ajay Kumar Bhalla in a virtual meeting. Union Home Secretary directed Raturi to submit daily reports on temples, pilgrimage routes and number of pilgrims and accommodation.

The National Disaster Response Force and the Indo-Tibetan Border Police are said to be cooperating to avoid congestion on the yatra route. The Union Home Secretary emphasized the need to form a committee to conduct the Chardham Yatra in the future. It is said that this committee will prepare the strategy.
