Sustainability is said to be “at the heart” of the Dundee Food Festival, and all partners are asked to pledge to the event’s Sustainability Charter which focuses on food waste, reducing the use of plastic, and using more local produce.

They include award-winning chef Dean Banks from Arbroath who will be holding a talk and Q&A session on the issue at one of the city’s newest cocktail bars, Temple Lane, and Dundee Cycling Hub will be providing activities to promote active travel on the Shores.
