Poll News After the polling held in the district on April 26 for the 2024 Hasmond Lok Sabha elections, the poll parties returned peacefully till late night. The parties deposited their materials in the agricultural produce market complex. The district administration welcomed the survey team for successfully conducting the surveys. When the first batch of surveyors arrived in Gram Nayak Bandha, Omradha and Singhi, they were greeted with roses. Similarly, Sangwari Dal Mungra’s team also arrived. District Panchayat CEO S Alok, District Deputy Electoral Officer Nirbhaya Sahu, Mahasamund ARO Umesh Sahu, Khallari Assistant ARO Srishti Chandrakar and election related officials also received him with garlands and roses. Let us tell you that the voting was held on Friday between 7 :00-18:00. After that, the process of withdrawing the polling stations started, which lasted until late at night. The district administration deployed workers in all the counters. Also, necessary arrangements were made for the polling stations in the Mandi complex.
