An investigation into past actions also revealed shocking revelations. It was revealed that in the last three years vandalism was committed in more than 100 places but FR was filed against only 47 people. In this matter too, arrests were made in only one case. In the rest of the cases, no action was taken after the case was registered. That is, no action was taken after breaking the road and the DPC plot. The result of this is that bulldozers were activated in Buriakhurd, Buria, Daunda, Mandirsau, Sajbahar, Duma and Mozghan and surrounding areas, after a few days, the blasting was done. 83 applications are pending at Tikrapara and Muzgahan police stations
In the last three-four months, the corporation has filed an FIR against 83 people in Tikrapara and Musgahan police stations, but land records are not attached in any of them. If there is a real estate registration in any application, then there are no demarcation and division documents. In some cases even the registration documents were not attached. The police also threw out these requests. So far no FIR has been filed on any application.
Highest number of cases of illegal conspiracies in Kabirnagar police station
Last year, the Kabir Nagar station recorded the maximum number of cases related to illegal coating in the city. Illegal coating has been done in Batagaon, Kushalpur, Chengurbhata, Kabirnagar, Sarona, Dumartlab and its surrounding areas in this region. Now again, most of the illegal plating happens in these areas. Because the police did not make an arrest against the fraudsters even in one case registered in this police station.
It is not possible to register a case without real estate records
According to experts, no FIR can be filed against those doing illegal plots anywhere, unless the corporation has the documents of that land. According to the rules, before bulldozing illegal plots, the corporation is asked for land documents related to the tehsil and only after doing this. Wherever action has been taken so far this month, no records have been taken. The action was taken only on the basis of a complaint. The corporation has a list of more than 50 other people who have done illegal plating.
