Manoj Kumar Tiwari, ADJ-1 of the Arria Civil Court, awarded him a speedy trial in a rape and stabbing case five years ago. If the charges are proven, the accused will be sentenced to life in prison until his last breath.

Whereas the accused’s father, Ghiyas alias Ghiyasuddin, was released for lack of evidence. On behalf of the government, APP Raja Nand Paswan said that the 40-year-old accused Fakruddin, father of Ghiyas alias Ghiyasuddin, is a resident of Sogana village in Trabari police station area.
The woman died during treatment
This is discussed in ST 230/21. It was reported that on May 6, 2019, at 11 a.m., the accused Pekrudin asked a woman to bring her identity card and her late husband’s death certificate. Thereafter, when the woman reached Gula Chowk, the accused forced her to sit on the beat.
Araria also came with Zerumil. When he asked on the way where he was being taken, the accused told him that he was taking him to Delhi. He objected to it. After that, the accused tied a cloth around the mouth of the deceased and took her off the beat at Matiari Chowk.
The defendant then took her to the corn field and raped her. After that, the accused attacked the woman’s body with a knife several times, thinking that she was dead.
An appeal was filed against the death sentence
He covered his body with a corn leaf and ran away. Here the wounded were brought to the hospital with the help of local residents. The victim died due to lack of better treatment. The victim gave a statement during treatment before her death.
Based on his statement, case No. 43/2019 of the Mahila station was registered against the accused Pakrudin and his father Ghiyasuddin alias Ghiyasuddin. All the witnesses in court fully supported the event.
Satisfied with the witness statement, Justice Manoj Kumar Tiwari of the court found the accused guilty and at the sentencing stage, APP Raja Nand Paswan appealed to hang the accused for committing such a heinous crime.

At the same time, senior defense counsel Dr. Manzoor Alam and woman lawyer Manika Kumari said that Pakrudin was involved in false allegations and despite being innocent, Pakrudin has been in a high-security prison for the past four years, 10 months and 12 days in this case.
After being found guilty in court, a request was made for a minimum sentence for the principal. Here, after hearing the arguments of both sides, the trial judge, Manoj Kumar Tiwari, sentenced the accused to life imprisonment under Section 302.
He was sentenced to life imprisonment under Article 376 (II). This means that the accused will remain in prison for the rest of his life. He will remain in prison until his last breath, the court’s judge, Manoj Kumar Tiwari, said that all the sentences will run concurrently.
