An alleged terrorist plotter who claimed to be a partner with another accused boy To stab a bishop During a live sermon, bail was denied and considered an “unacceptable risk” to the community.

The 15-year-old, who cannot be named, was charged Friday with conspiracy to commit an act in preparation for or planning a terrorist act.

Judge James Viney denied the boy’s bail on the grounds that there were no exceptional circumstances to warrant his release.

“There is an unacceptable risk to the protection of the community,” he told Parramatta Children’s Court on Thursday.

The judge said that this was a “superior consideration” and found that the alleged express threats of the boy to stab Jewish or Assyrian people and an alleged previous attack are “very worrying”.

The court previously heard that the boy was involved in an encrypted chat group called Plans, where he talked to co-conspirators who were planning an imminent attack against Jews.

Prosecutor Rebecca Rodger said the boys didn’t just talk and know people who acted on the threats.

The judge detailed messages allegedly sent by the boy between April 20 and April 21.

“You don’t want to do any terrorist attack… What about my fellow Jews, what about Palestine?… I’m so cut, I want to do it so badly,” the boy allegedly wrote in one message.

“I really want to do an attack now because I have so much hatred for infidels (non-Muslims) it’s not funny, I want to do jihad now,” another message said.

“The messages clearly made the young man want to do something catastrophic,” Winnie told the court.

The boy’s lawyer, Ahmed Deeb, previously told the court that his client has a history of behavioral problems, lacks confidence and low self-esteem.

According to him, the boy presented a macho performance in messages about carrying out an attack and denied that any such plan was in motion.

Two hand-painted ISIS flags were found in the boy’s bedroom when police raided the family home in April, the court previously heard.

The boy held his head in his hand for most of the hearing as he watched from custody via video link, with his parents sitting in court.

His mother left in tears.

The matter is due back in court on June 21.
