Alamgir was arrested on May 15, questioned on the 17th
ED claims that there was a big game in the tender commission. In the case of the tender commission scam itself, ED had arrested the minister Alamgir Alam after questioning him on May 15. He is on ED remand since May 17 and is being questioned. Minister Alamgir Alam has been arrested in connection with the case of collecting commission from contractors and engineers in lieu of work order allotment.
