Jamshedpur National Business Head of Tata Steel Pravesh, Vinay Tyagi (41) was stabbed to death in Ghaziabad on Friday night. He was posted in the Delhi office of Tata Steel. He left the office around 7.30 in the evening. When he did not reach home till around 11.30 pm, when his family members contacted him over the phone, Vinay Tyagi said that he would reach home in a few minutes. But when he did not arrive until late at night, his family members searched for him. After investigation, he was found lying in a severely injured condition near Khaitan Public School, Shalimar Garden, Ghaziabad. He was stabbed several times in the stomach with a knife. His family lived in Rajendra Nagar, Sahibabad. Vinay Tyagi was transferred from Kolkata to Delhi a month ago. Late on Friday night, he was attacked with a knife near Khaitan Public School. Vinay Tyagi was found injured in the street near Khaitan Public School around 3 am. The family members immediately admitted him to Narendra Mohan Hospital. He died during treatment in hospital. The Sahibabad Police have started investigating the case. The police are investigating the murder through CCTV and surveillance systems nearby. Vinay Tyagi’s laptop and mobile phone are missing.
