The accused’s lawyer Bibhav Kumar said in court that the MP should be investigated for trespassing at the Prime Minister’s residence. Rajya Sabha member and former Delhi Commission for Women chief Ms Maliwal alleged that Bibhav Kumar assaulted her at the Prime Minister’s residence on May 13.

Ittha Kejriwal sought extension of bail

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has moved the Supreme Court to extend his interim bail by 7 days. According to the Aam Aadmi Party, in the petition filed by CM Kejriwal in the Supreme Court, he will have to undergo a PET-CT scan along with many other tests. Therefore, they have asked for 7 days time in the Supreme Court to conduct the Vedayak test.
