Dharamshala: Just like four years ago bad times came in the life of former cricketer Suresh Raina. Four years ago, Suresh Raina received terrible news during the IPL. Rainer Pisemshai was killed by miscreants in Pathankot. As a result, Raina did not play IPL that year. Raina arrived in Amirshahi to play IPL for Chennai Super Kings. As soon as he got the bad news, he left Amirshahi and returned home. And this time Raina’s cousin Saurabh Kumar lost his life in a terrible accident near Gagal Airport in Dharamshala.
However, not only Sourav but another person who was on the scooter with him died after being hit by another car. According to the information provided by the police, the other person was Saurabh Kumar Shubham’s friend.
On Wednesday, Raina’s brother Saurabh Kumar and his friend Shubham were going to a place near Gagal Airport on a scooter. This horrific incident took place in Kangra district of Himachal Pradesh. A car hit their scooter. Saurabh and Shubham died instantly from the shock. Two others were injured in the incident. Efforts were made to save Saurabh but it was not possible.

A case has been registered against the driver of the vehicle that hit Sourav’s scooter under sections 279 (reckless driving), 304-A (negligent death) of the Indian Penal Code. Also, a case has been filed against Sher Singh under Section 187 of the Motor Vehicles Act.
Incidentally, on the night of August 19, 2020, when the entire family was sleeping, a gang of armed robbers attacked Pisemshai Ashok Kumar’s house in Raina. He died there. The gang made off with cash and gold jewellery. PC Asha Devi of Raina was also seriously injured.
