The Nottawasaga detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is investigating a sudden death in Essa Township.
On Monday morning, OPP arrived at the location of King Street and Mill Street in Angus after they received a call from an unresponsive person behind a business.
A 31-year-old man from Schomberg, Ont., was pronounced dead shortly afterwards.
The Nottawasaga OPP Crimes Unit is continuing its investigation with assistance from OPP Forensic Identification Services, along with the Office of the Chief Coroner and the Ontario Forensic Pathology Service.
At the moment, there is no indication that the death is suspicious and that there is no danger to the public.
