ACB has suffered a major setback in the Haryana Skill Development Mission bribery case. The Panchkula court has rejected the plea of accused Deepak Sharma to be made an approver (government witness) against Haryana senior IAS Vijay Dahiya. Deepak Sharma had filed this application, and the Haryana Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) had also given its permission. The court of Additional Sessions Judge (ACJ) Praveen Kumar Lal has also given an opportunity to the second accused in this case, Vijay Dahiya and Poonam Chopra, to file their reply. Both said in separate statements that Deepak Sharma has been repeatedly changing his statement.
