This time Abdul Japour was elected to the position of parliament. In 1991, this seat went to Varushan Patel of Janata Dal and later it was won by Shahabuddin of RJD. He was elected to Sivan’s parliament in 1996, 1998, 1999 and 2004.
Rajendra Babu is ignored in every matter.
In 2009, Omprakash Yadav defeated Hina Shahab. Political expert Pratap Shekhar Singh says, Rajendra Babu has been neglected in every administration. From the Congress and Janata Dal to the NDA government, nothing has been done in the name of Rajendra Prasad.

Bacha Singh’s house is near Rajend Babu’s birth place in Jiradi village. Here we met Rameshwar Singh, son of Bacha Singh. He also seems quite hurt by Rajendra Prasad’s neglect.
According to him, from 1952 until today there was not a single member of parliament or member of Knesset who brought development. There is nothing in the name of Rajendra Babu in Siwan District. There is no identity where his village is.
There is no order anywhere in Giradi. The road leading to the house is also single. There is a need for improvement in every type of system from drainage water to water supply in the village. There are piles of filth in the village, no one notices. Development was done for Mahatma Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru, but nothing was done in the name of Rajendra Babu.
Leaders just take names, there are no plans for work
Rameshwar Singh says, whenever any leader bigger than Modi ji comes to Siwan, he takes the name of Rajendra Babu in his political speech, but it is only politics of appearance. How politics is conducted in the name of Rajendra Babu can be seen by coming to Jiradhi.
Former Chief Minister Chandrashekhar Singh, late, gave it to the Department of Archaeology, but even after that no development took place. When he comes to Sivan, Modi ji only takes the name of Rajendra Babu and does not talk about development in his name. Even special trains do not stop at Jiradei station in Rajendra Babu’s native village. Rajendra Babu’s name is only used for politics.
Land was donated, the library was not built
Rameshwar Singh says his father had donated land to build an international-class library in Jiradhi, but no work was done there either. There is no arrangement for roads, drains and educational institutions. Just as there was development in Patel ji’s village, similar development should take place in this village also.
RK Sinha said, every year on December 3, Rajendra Babu’s birthday will be celebrated like Diwali. After celebrating a year, people forgot this decision even on their birthday. Governors, ministers and chief ministers have come here, but no prime minister or president has come to this world. Especially no one came from the Gandhi family.
Modi came in 2014 and also came in 2019, took names, but did nothing for Rajendra Babu. An issue should be made, the issue of development should be made in the name of the one who became the first president of India. It is unfortunate for the country and society that nothing is done for such a saint who sacrifices even his salary for the government.

Bacha Singh of Jiradi village is more than 90 years old. When Rajendra Babu arrived in the village after becoming the President, the first garland was decorated by Bacha Singh. Bacha Singh says it is sad that no development has been done in the village.

My faith is dead. A leader should be one who does what he says, but here everyone is lying. If everything you say is a lie, then what development is going to happen? Village Rajaram, Dashrath, Paras and Akhilesh Kumar Saab also said that Rajendra Babu has become a pawn of politics.
There is no development in the villages, still voting for Modi
